Illustrator will be at Play 2026 together with Raven
Irene Di Oriente is an illustrator and printmaker who also teaches illustration and comics in schools of various levels and in several associations.
She graduated in 2018 in Graphic Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice and, in 2021, completed her master’s degree in Graphic Arts and Drawing at the same institution.
She is one of the founders of the “Collettivo BaldoBranco,” with which she has taken part in numerous exhibitions and festivals across Italy.
Since 2013, she has been a volunteer at the Treviso Comic Book Festival, becoming part of its board in 2017.
She is a member of the National Association of Contemporary Engravers and of the Pezzi di Carta association.
Her works have been exhibited both in Italy and abroad, earning various awards in illustration and printmaking. She has created illustrations for both online and print magazines and has collaborated on collective projects in the fields of illustration and comics, later published either by publishing houses or through crowdfunding initiatives.
