Creator, will be attending Play 2026
Caroline Ribi Zappi is a Business Strategist and Analyst, pro gamer, and tabletop RPG content creator.
A citizen of three countries and fluent in six languages, she combines her background in management and corporate strategy with her passion for role-playing games, viewing them not only as entertainment but also as tools for analysis and training.
Over the past year, she has been a regular presence at major industry events. At Lucca Comics & Games, she took part in sessions and stage shows at the Carducci stage, while at the latest Bologna Play she stood out as the “Final Boss” in the TOTEM (Officina Meningi) multi-table event, in addition to running games from the One Screen Role series (Avalon Sword) and for the HelluvaTown multi-table (Acheron Games). Her activity continues with events such as Bracciano RollFest!, where she alternated between stage shows (The Breach, 7th Sea, Pasiòn de Las Pasiones for NeedGames, and I Want to Play an NPC for Avalon Sword) and in-depth talks.
For the past two years, she has collaborated with several publishers in the Italian RPG scene through demo sessions on Twitch and TikTok, both in English and Italian.
Her contribution to the gaming landscape goes beyond the table: she runs workshops focused on psychological profiling for the creation of iconic characters and takes part in discussions on the applications of RPGs in business, psychology, and education. Through her project “Business & Games,” she now applies game dynamics to crisis management and team-building programs for senior corporate management, exploring the boundary between shared storytelling and professional strategy.
