Zoltar

In 1989, Zoltar discovered the role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons, and his life was never the same again.
In 1996, he received the Immaginaria – Role-Playing Game Master award from Giovanni Ingellis, and after many years of playing RPGs, he developed a clear mission: to spread the word about the most beautiful game in the world.

He is the creator of SageAdvice.eu, where since 2014 over 15 million visitors have found answers about Dungeons & Dragons. Thanks to this work, he was selected as an official playtester by Wizards of the Coast. He has taken part as a Dungeon Master in the D&D in a Castle event and received the Immaginaria 2018 award in memory of Giovanni Ingellis. He also writes a regular column dedicated to D&D for ioGioco magazine.

In 2022, he met Francesco Lancia at Play and became the artistic consultant for one of Italy’s most popular podcasts: Dungeons&Deejay.
Since 2023, he has collaborated with Lucca Comics & Games, taking the stage alongside Joe Manganiello, Matthew Mercer, Marisha Ray, and Jeremy Crawford.

In 2024, for the 50th anniversary of Dungeons & Dragons, he collaborated with LEGO as a Dungeon Master, contributed to the creation of the Panini Dungeons & Dragons sticker album, and worked with Hachette on promoting Dungeons & Dragons Adventurer. He also collaborated with Milan Games Week 2024, interviewing the voice actors of Baldur’s Gate 3 on stage.

In 2025, he became a social ambassador for the 5.5 edition of Dungeons & Dragons.
