We celebrate International Women’s Day

On March 8, International Women’s Day is celebrated around the world. This occasion commemorates women’s struggles for equality and liberation and draws attention to fundamental issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and the fight against violence and abuse against women.

International Women’s Day originated in the early 20th century, when labor movements in Europe and North America intersected with the fight for universal female suffrage, giving rise to a mobilization that would profoundly change the history of civil rights.

On this occasion, we would like to celebrate this important day by sharing news that makes us particularly happy: Devir Italia has announced that Votes for Women will also be released for the Italian audience.

At LA Play we will have the honor of hosting Tory Brown, the game designer of the game.

Votes for Women is a card-driven game dedicated to the women’s suffrage movement in the United States. Over the years it has received numerous recognitions and has been named Game of the Year by several specialized publications.

Inspired by the story of the tireless organizing work of thousands of women, Tory Brown designed Votes for Women as a true love letter to the most successful popular movement in American history.
