Pixel picture (of) the Universe

PIXEL - Picture (of) the Universe is a board game designed and produced by INAF, developed as part of the collaboration between the National Institute for Astrophysics (INAF) and the Game Science Research Centre, of which INAF is a member.

Each player will manage a research center and its observational facilities, gather resources to specialize their research team, enhance available technologies, and compete with other players to achieve the highest scientific prestige by the end of the game. The key scientific concept behind the game is the resolution of astrophysical images.

PhD students and researchers from INAF will be present at the table to facilitate the game.
PIXEL is designed for players aged 12 and up who are eager to learn and experiment in a fun way how astrophysical research works.
